What makes it "solid"
Bamboo culms are split, stripped and tone-conditioned. Narrow lamellas are kiln equalized, glued edge-to-edge into single layers, then cross-laid and hot-pressed into balanced panels. Because every layer is bamboo, you get consistent screw holding and elegant exposed edges after a light R2–R4 radius or 1 mm micro-bevel.
Common Types of Sheets
Edges: square, micro-bevel, R2/R4 radius, or chamfer-no edgeband needed.
Finishes: clear UV, oil/wax (thin coats), water-borne lacquer or 2K polyurethane.
CNC/Hinge cups: compression spirals or helical cutters deliver clean pockets; set feed slightly higher on carbonized faces to avoid burn.
Finishing Recipes
Color-matched by lot sorting; each pallet is traceable.
Panels are calibrated after pressing to keep thickness consistent across a project.
Emission and moisture are checked per batch; test reports (SGS/CE) available.

1) Is it truly solid through the thickness?
Yes. All plies are bamboo, so edges and fasteners are consistent throughout.
2) Can I use it for a kitchen worktop?
Choose 18–30 mm, specify Phenolic WBP glue, and seal every cut edge plus sink/hob cut-outs.
3) Which grain is best for tall doors?
Edge-grain gives the straightest visual lines and best perceived flatness.
4) Do you offer extra-long sheets?
Yes-3000 / 3660 / 4100 mm lengths with CNC cutting and nesting.
5) How do you match color between orders?
